Tobias Baum is a German voice actor and speaker based in Huglfing, near Munich. His early exposure to the performing arts came from his grandparents, who were well-known actors in Germany, and he began securing work in dubbing and advertising at the age of nine. He is also a trained actor and musician, having toured internationally as a rapper and singer with the ensemble Einshoch6.

As a voice actor, Baum has lent his voice to numerous characters in film and television, providing the German dubbing for over forty roles. His work includes the anime film Big Fish & Begonia, where he voiced the character Bruder Songzi. In the series Unterm Wolkenhimmel, the German title for Donten ni Warau Gaiden: Shukumei, Sōtō no Fūma, he is the German voice for the character Mutsuki Ashiya, originally played by Yuuki Fujiwara. His other anime credits include voicing Kelly Funk in the long-running series One Piece.

Beyond animation, Baum's dubbing work spans a wide range of live-action productions. He has provided German voices for characters in popular television series such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Bosch, The Blacklist, and This Is Us. His film work includes roles in 21 Bridges, The Outpost, and a 2022 dubbing of the classic film Die Katze aus dem Weltraum.
