Eugene Nomura, born on May 2, 1972, in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and producer. He began his entertainment career in the mid-1990s, with his debut in the 1995 television series North Country no Ouenka. Early in his career, he received critical recognition, winning the Best New Actor award from the Japanese Film Journalists Association in 1995 for his performance in the film 800-Meter Rush. His work has included both on-screen roles in Japanese and international productions, such as the films The Last Samurai and Free Guy, as well as the television series Tokyo Vice.

In the realm of voice acting, Nomura is known for his contributions to English-language dubs of Japanese animation. A notable example of this work is his role as the voice of Hamamoto's Father in the English dubbed version of the 2018 anime film Penguin Highway. His other voice acting credits in anime include roles in the original video animations Detroit Metal City, where he voiced characters including Jack Il Dark, and Cipher. He has also provided voice work for the television series Mushishi. Beyond anime, his voice acting extends to video games, such as his role as Yuki Tsurono in the English version of the 2023 game Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name.
