Ayumi Mano is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency Stay Luck. She was born on April 24 in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. Inspired by anime such as The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Sailor Moon, she pursued a career in voice acting and graduated from the Amusement Media Academy in Tokyo. She began her professional career after joining Stay Luck in 2016.

Mano's early anime roles included appearances in series such as Tsuredure Children and Black Clover in 2017. In 2018, she voiced the character Iwazaru in the television anime adaptation of the smartphone role-playing game Last Period: The Journey to the End of the Despair. For this series, she also performed the ending theme song Wiseman Theme as part of the unit Wiseman, formed with her co-stars Sayaka Harada and Akari Kitō.

Her career progressed with a wider range of significant roles. She was cast as Natsumi in Date A Live III, which is considered one of her first major leading roles. She has also voiced Cassandra Illion in the Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? series, Sumi Nakahara in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, and Alice Lendrott in The Duke of Death and His Maid. In The Duke of Death and His Maid, her role as the female lead Alice also led to her performing the series' main theme songs.

Mano's work extends to video games, where she has provided voices for characters in titles such as Blue Archive, Azur Lane, and Path to Nowhere. Her versatility as a performer is also evident in her dubbing work for foreign films and her participation in radio programs. Among her achievements, she was recognized for her performance in Date A Live III and was noted for her vocal freshness and interpretive range.
