Keitarō Yotsuya is a Japanese manga artist best known as the creator of the erotic comedy series Akuma no Memumemu-chan. Yotsuya wrote and illustrated the series, which was serialized on Shueisha's Shōnen Jump+ online platform from July 2016 to April 2021 and later collected into twelve tankōbon volumes. The manga received an original net animation adaptation produced by the studio Shaft, released in January 2018. In 2017, the series was ranked eleventh in the web category of the third Next Manga Awards. Yotsuya was born on March 23, 1988. Beyond Akuma no Memumemu-chan, Yotsuya has created other manga works, including a new series titled Happyou shite yo! Hakase-chan, which began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2025.
