Rin Suzukawa is a Japanese manga artist whose professional career began in 2010 with the debut work Ultra Marine Blue Man, published in the magazine Young Gangan. The creator is best known as the writer and illustrator behind the surreal comedy manga Asobi Asobase, which was serialized in Hakusensha's seinen magazines from June 2015 to November 2022 and later adapted into an anime. Suzukawa's gender has not been formally disclosed, though a statement made on a personal Twitter account described the artist as arguably female. Another pseudonym used in earlier works is Mabulex.

Suzukawa's body of work includes several notable manga series. Before Asobi Asobase, Suzukawa created the manga Little Keios under the primary name and produced works such as Gogh-Chan and Shakespeare's Hangover Theater under the Mabulex alias. Following the conclusion of Asobi Asobase in late 2022, Suzukawa launched a new series titled Outsider Paradise in Futabasha's Manga Action magazine in 2023. Most recently, it was announced that Suzukawa will begin a new full-color science fiction comedy manga titled Galaxy Pū-chan Uchū no Hajikko de Konnichiwa in January 2026, serialized through Shogakukan's Manga ONE app.

The adaptation history of Suzukawa's work centers on Asobi Asobase, which follows three middle school girls in an unofficial club who occupy their time with various strange games. The manga was compiled into fifteen tankōbon volumes by Hakusensha, with the final volume released in November 2022. A twelve-episode anime television series produced by studio Lerche and directed by Seiji Kishi aired in Japan from July to September 2018. The series also received an original video animation episode bundled with the seventh manga volume in December 2018. The English digital release of the manga is handled by Comikey.
