Carlos Luyando is the stage name of Carlos Hernández García, a prominent Mexican voice actor born on January 8, 1975, in Mexico City. He began his professional career in voice dubbing in 1996 after graduating from the Andrés Soler Institute, which is part of Mexico's National Association of Actors (ANDA), where he studied from 1993 to 1996. In addition to dubbing, he is also active as a singer, musical director, commercial voice-over artist, and has worked in theater and television.

Luyando has built an extensive career in anime dubbing, lending his voice to a wide array of characters. Confirming the user's example, he voices Mikio Shirato in the series Megalobox. His other notable anime roles include Shun Kazami in Bakugan, Dispo in Dragon Ball Super, and Hoyuelo and the narrator in Mob Psycho 100. He has also voiced characters in long-running and popular series such as Kento Nanami in Jujutsu Kaisen, Izumo Kamizuki in Naruto, and Mitsuru Ishino in Bleach.
