Takumi Asahina is a Japanese voice actor born on December 3, 1981, in Osaka Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency Kenyu Office, having previously been represented by TAB Production. Asahina stands 168 cm tall, has type A blood, and holds a motorcycle license. His personal interests include playing the drums, building plastic models, reading, and gaming, and he is also skilled at playing the guitar and bass. He completed his voice acting training at School Duo and talk back.

Asahina began his voice acting career in 2007, with one of his earliest roles being the part of a young boy named Yoru no Shonen in the television anime series Kekkaishi. In the years following his debut, he built a portfolio of supporting roles in various anime productions. Notable credits from this period include a part in the 2012 television anime The Knight in the Area, where he voiced the character Hayato Katsuragi, and a role in the same year's theatrical film Psychic School Wars (also known as Nerawareta Gakuen), in which he played Satoshi Momose. In 2014, he took on the role of Tooru Kirisawa in The File of Young Kindaichi Returns. He has also contributed to the long-running Doraemon franchise and the anime series The Fable.

Asahina's career includes roles in popular and long-running anime franchises. He has provided voices for characters in the Lupin III series, appearing in both Lupin III Part IV and Lupin III Part V. As specified, in Lupin the Third: Part 5, he voiced the character Chuck Glay, also known by the alias Peekaboo, a wanted criminal and webmaster of the dark web marketplace Marco Polo. Another significant role is in the My Hero Academia series, where he voices the character Chronostasis (Hari Kurono), a member of the Shie Hassaikai gang, beginning in the third season.

Beyond anime, his voice acting work extends to other media. He has lent his voice to video game characters, such as Gabriel Celesta in Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness. Asahina is also active in audio dramas, particularly in the Boys Love genre, with credits including My Cute Devil and Silent Wolf.
