Chiharu Suzuka is a Japanese voice actress born on August 15, 1958, in Kyoto's Kita-ku ward, Kyoto Prefecture. She began her career in 1988 and has worked as a freelance voice actress, having previously been affiliated with the talent management firm Ken Production.
Suzuka has built a substantial body of work across television anime, original video animations (OVAs), and video games. She is known for a wide range of roles, including the antagonist Sailor Lead Crow / Akane Karasuma in Sailor Moon Sailor Stars, and Phoenix / Skyress in the Bakugan Battle Brawlers series.
