Chiharu Suzuka is a Japanese voice actress born on August 15, 1958, in Kyoto's Kita-ku ward, Kyoto Prefecture. She began her career in 1988 and has worked as a freelance voice actress, having previously been affiliated with the talent management firm Ken Production.

Suzuka has built a substantial body of work across television anime, original video animations (OVAs), and video games. She is known for a wide range of roles, including the antagonist Sailor Lead Crow / Akane Karasuma in Sailor Moon Sailor Stars, and Phoenix / Skyress in the Bakugan Battle Brawlers series. Other notable anime roles include Laplace in Pokémon, Ruka in Yu Yu Hakusho, Sakura Hanasaki in Wedding Peach, Isabella in Paradise Kiss, and the second voice of Ayako Suzuki in Case Closed.

The three roles mentioned are all confirmed entries in her filmography. She voiced the character of Jack's Mother in the OVA Fairy Tale Special Selection. In the 2000 OVA Locke the Superman: Mirror Ring, an installment in the long-running Locke the Superman franchise, she played the role of Ariel Grant. Additionally, she voiced the character Ryouko in the OVA Ogre Slayer.
