Chisa Yuuki is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency Kenyu Office. She was born on August 19, 1989, in Osaka Prefecture. Yuuki is a graduate of the Japan Narration Acting Institute and the Talk Back training school. She began her career in the 2000s using the stage name Yuuki, before changing to her full name, Chisa Yuuki, in March 2016.

Yuuki has built a career with a wide array of roles in anime, video games, and dubbing. In anime, she is known for her performances as Kaine in the Kingdom series, Mafuyu Munetani in High School Fleet, and Akiko Owada in Ace of Diamond. She also voiced the title character, Oochopus, in the children's anime series Uchi no Oochopus. Her other anime credits include roles in From the New World, Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki, and Battle Game in 5 Seconds.

Her work extends to video games, where she has contributed her voice to major titles such as Granblue Fantasy, the Atelier series, and Tales of Arise. As a dubbing artist, she has provided Japanese voices for foreign productions, including the role of Gwen Stacy in Ultimate Spider-Man and for characters in the children's series Chuggington.

Notably, for her lead role in Uchi no Oochopus, Yuuki also performed the series' theme song, Oochopus no Uta. Her voice is described as an alto, which allows her to play a versatile range of characters, including young boys and animals.
