Junichi Saitou is a Japanese voice actor born on February 12 in Fukushima Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent agency Production Ace. Inspired to pursue a career in voice acting by anime such as Digimon and Mobile Suit Gundam, he made his debut in the industry during the mid-2010s.

Saitou has built a career with a wide range of roles across television anime, video games, and dubbed foreign productions. In anime, he is known for his versatility, taking on both main and supporting characters in various genres. In the fantasy series She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man, which aired in 2022, he provided the voice for Zef, a scout character. In the same year, he voiced Takumi Sonoda in the sports anime Shoot! Goal to the Future, a new series based on the classic soccer manga Shoot!.
