Manuel Straube is a German voice actor, dubbing director, dialogue writer, and singer. He was born on July 28, 1984, in Munich. Straube has built an extensive career in the German dubbing industry, lending his voice to numerous characters in animated series, films, and video games. He is also active as a dubbing director and dialogue book author, contributing to the German adaptations of various productions.

In addition to his voice work for anime, Straube is known for his long-running role as the voice of Stewie Griffin in the animated series Family Guy, a part he began at the age of eighteen. He is also the established German dubbing voice for actor Martin Freeman and has provided the German singing voice for characters in several major Disney films, including Flynn Rider in Tangled and Hans in Frozen. His work extends to video games, such as voicing the character Junkrat in Overwatch.

Straube has been involved in the German dubbing of several anime productions. He voices the character Kosame Isshiki in the anime series Appare-Ranman!. Kosame is a samurai who, alongside the eccentric engineer Appare Sorano, becomes stranded in America and must compete in a transcontinental race to earn their passage back to Japan. Straube's role in Appare-Ranman! was produced by the TNT Media GmbH in Berlin.

Another of his notable anime roles is Prinz Arren in the Studio Ghibli film Tales from Earthsea. Straube has also voiced Tatewaki Kuno in the classic series Ranma ½ and its associated films, Ren Tao in Shaman King, and Enrico in Beyblade G Revolution. Additional credits include roles in Rurouni Kenshin: Reflection and The Slayers Next. His work spans several decades, with some of these anime roles dating back to the early 2000s.
