Kengo Tsujii is a Japanese voice actor and narrator affiliated with the agency Kenyu Office. He was born on March 1, 1986, in Nara Prefecture, Japan. Tsujii began his voice work with the company YY-voice, where he gained experience in narration and radio drama, before moving to his current agency.

Tsujii's career in anime includes a wide range of supporting roles across numerous television series and films since his debut in 2016. He is known for his work in popular long-running series and major animated productions. One of his notable early roles was providing the voice for Tokage-kun (the Lizard) in the original net animation of Africa no Salaryman, a comedy series about animals living as office workers in Japan. His other television anime credits include appearances in series such as My Hero Academia, Violet Evergarden, Attack on Titan, Chihayafuru 3, and Lupin the Third Part 5. He has also lent his voice to characters in the film Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative and the web anime PLUTO.

In addition to his anime work, Tsujii is active in voice-over for video games and the Japanese dubbing of foreign films and series. His game roles are extensive and include providing the Japanese voice for Jack Krauser in the 2023 remake of Resident Evil 4, as well as roles in Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth game, and Rise of the Ronin. His work in dubbing foreign content includes voicing characters in series such as Narcos: Mexico.
