Anna Barker is a Canadian actress and voice actor known for her work in anime dubbing and television. She provided the English voice for the character Tokoha Anjou in the anime series Cardfight!! Vanguard G NEXT, a role she performed for 25 episodes from 2016 to 2017. This character is a main protagonist in the series, a skilled cardfighter who studies abroad in France. Her other anime voice acting credit includes a role in an episode of the animated series The Haunted House: The Secret of the 'Ghost Ball' in 2018.

Barker's background in performance includes formal training. She earned a diploma in theatre acting from Mount Royal University between 2011 and 2013, and later completed a Bachelor of Arts in English at the same institution from 2015 to 2019.
