Andrew Paull is an American voice actor known for his work in the English dubs of various anime series, primarily during the 2000s. His career became closely associated with 4Kids Entertainment, a New York-based production company responsible for localizing many Japanese anime for the American market.

Paull's most prominent and enduring role is as the voice of the Hoenn League Champion Steven Stone in the Pokémon anime. He first voiced the character during the Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire, which was produced by 4Kids. When dubbing production for the series moved from 4Kids to DuArt Film and Video following a recasting controversy, Paull was initially unable to reprise his role due to his previous affiliation with 4Kids. However, he was later able to return to the character, voicing Steven Stone again in later series, including Pokémon the Series: XY and Pokémon Journeys: The Series. He is specifically credited for the role in Pokémon: Mega Evolution Special II, III, and IV.

Another significant role for Paull was Kevin Mask in the anime Ultimate Muscle (also known as Kinnikuman Nisei). He voiced the character in the English adaptation of the television series produced by 4Kids. His work in the franchise also extended to the video game Ultimate Muscle: Legends vs. New Generation.

Beyond these signature roles, Paull contributed voices to a wide range of other anime series and films dubbed by 4Kids. His extensive filmography includes numerous characters in projects such as Yu-Gi-Oh!, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, and the Yu-Gi-Oh! movie. In addition to television and film, Paull was active in video game voice acting, with credits including the role of Kaibaman in Yu-Gi-Oh! Destiny Board Traveler and Dracule Mihawk in the One Piece: Grand Battle and Grand Adventure games.
