Michael Rhys is a voice actor based in London, England, who has contributed to the English dubs of various Japanese anime and video games. His career encompasses work in animation, video game localization, and voice-over for television.

Rhys is known for his roles in the English dubs of several anime projects. He provided voices for the international English dub of the 2015 animated film Air Bound, where he played the characters Gakusha and Noroi, as well as additional roles such as the Bartender, Patron B, and Ship Mouse C. His other anime voice work includes the role of Suiko-sama in an episode of Little Charo: Tohoku-hen and a part as a Judge in an alternate dub of Zoids/ZERO. He also voiced the character Stout in the English version of the animated film Detective Conan: The Darkest Nightmare.

Beyond anime, Michael Rhys has an extensive portfolio in video game voice acting. His video game credits include Hajime Busuzima in Bloody Roar 4, Giacomo in Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean, Rothschild in Musashi: Samurai Legend, and Buggler in Super Bomberman R. He also voiced himself in the World Club Champion Football video game series.

In addition to his performance work, Rhys has experience in voice direction, having served as the Voice Director for the video game Shining Force Neo. His other notable voice-over credits include serving as the narrator for the NHK World television program NHK Newsline and providing the company logo voice for JCB Co., Ltd. in Japanese.
