Javier Jugo is a Peruvian voice actor, communicator, and broadcaster born in Lima, who has built a career in Latin American dubbing. He is a graduate of the Boreal dubbing international workshop, a Canadian company with operations in Colombia and Peru, where he trained under established voice actors such as Tirza Pacheco, Javier Rivero, Alfonso Obregón, and Elsa Alfonzo. He is part of the professional cast at Torre A Doblaje, where he also supervises student internships.

Jugo's first role in dubbing was in the 2017 film The Amityville Terror, where he voiced the character Rodney. He has since accumulated a wide range of credits across various film and television genres. A notable role in animation came in 2018 when he provided the Spanish voice for the title character Gamba in the Latin American dub of the Japanese animated film La gran aventura de Gamba, known in English as Air Bound. His other work in animated features includes voicing Fidelio in Foodiverso: Una galaxia en peligro (2019) and Darz in the animated series Chicho & Darz (2019).

His career encompasses a significant number of live-action dubbing roles as well. He has voiced characters in numerous films, including The Mean One: Un siniestro cuento de Navidad (2022), Invasión final (2021), and Mi querido Elfo (2019). In television, his credits include the series Alguien está mintiendo (2021-presente) as Simon Kelleher and El tiempo y él son perfectos (2022). Jugo's work also extends to dubbing Russian and Turkish series, with credits such as El luchador (2017) and Amor invencible (2012).
