Ei Mochizuki is a Japanese male voice actor born on June 5, 1985, in Saitama Prefecture. His real name is Hideto Mochizuki. He began his career affiliated with Mausu Promotion before moving to Remax, and as of recent years, he is a freelancer.

Mochizuki made his debut as a voice actor in 2011, with his first credited role being a male student in the television anime series Softenni. In the same year, he also contributed voices to the video game Way of the Samurai 4. His early anime roles included minor characters in series such as Psycho-Pass and The Unlimited Hyobu Kyosuke in 2012, followed by roles in Arata Kangatari and the widely acclaimed Space Battleship Yamato 2199 in 2013.

His career encompasses a broad range of voice work in anime, video games, and dubbed versions of foreign media. In anime, his notable credits include the role of Xiao-Gang in the 2014 original net animation Karen Senki. He is also credited with roles in Brave Witches (2016), and in 2017, he appeared in Blend S, Hajimete no Gal, and Twin Angel Break. His more recent anime work includes a small role in the 2021 series RE-MAIN.

Mochizuki has an extensive portfolio in video games. Some of his significant game roles include Ryugner Mantour in Langrisser Re:Incarnation (2015), Justin in the Japanese versions of Life is Strange (2016) and its prequel Life is Strange: Before the Storm (2018), and Baldo in the 2019 game Langrisser I & II. He also provided the voice for Migite Tetsu in the 2018 game Maitetsu. Beyond acting, Mochizuki served as the official streaming master of ceremonies for the game JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Last Survivor.

Outside of voice acting, Mochizuki has a well-documented expertise in video games, including arcade, board, and puzzle games. Before his voice acting career, he won tournaments in first-person shooter and music game genres at local game centers. He also maintains a personal channel for game streaming. In addition to his on-screen and voice work, he has been involved in numerous stage productions and live reading events throughout his career.
