Kae Matoba is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. She was born on March 11 in Kanagawa Prefecture. Matoba is a graduate of the TV Asahi Ask voice actor training course and its special class, and she is also a graduate of School Duo's 12th term.

Matoba provides voices for a variety of characters in anime and video games, often in supporting roles. One of her more prominent roles is as the voice of Clawdeen Wolf in the 2014 Japanese anime series Monster High: Kowa-ike Girls. In the world of video games, she is credited as a voice actor for the Japanese version of Dark Souls II.
