Sayaka Horino is a Japanese voice actress born on October 27, 1994, in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, who was raised in Tokyo from kindergarten age. She is affiliated with the agency DSE. Her blood type is AB and she stands 161 cm tall. Her interests include internet surfing, and her special skill is sports.

Horino made her voice acting debut in 2014 with her first major role as Mikine Nezu in the television anime Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san. That same year, she voiced the character Tamago-chan in the series I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying. In 2015, she took on the main role of Satsuki Nakano in the anime Danchigai and continued her role as Tamago-chan in the second season of I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying.

In September 2015, Horino's agency announced she would be taking a hiatus from work. The agency cited that following a hospitalization in August, she continued to suffer from mental stress and had not completely recovered her health, leading to the decision for her to focus on treatment.
