Sayaka Horino is a Japanese voice actress born on October 27, 1994, in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, who was raised in Tokyo from kindergarten age. She is affiliated with the agency DSE. Her blood type is AB and she stands 161 cm tall. Her interests include internet surfing, and her special skill is sports.

Horino made her voice acting debut in 2014 with her first major role as Mikine Nezu in the television anime Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san. That same year, she voiced the character Tamago-chan in the series I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying. In 2015, she took on the main role of Satsuki Nakano in the anime Danchigai and continued her role as Tamago-chan in the second season of I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying.

In September 2015, Horino's agency announced she would be taking a hiatus from work. The agency cited that following a hospitalization in August, she continued to suffer from mental stress and had not completely recovered her health, leading to the decision for her to focus on treatment. She successfully returned to her career in January 2016.

After her return in 2016, Horino voiced several supporting roles. These included Hiroko in Ojisan to Marshmallow, various female characters in Fudanshi Koukou Seikatsu, and Sharon Cunningham in Masou Gakuen HxH. Her voice acting work also extended to drama CDs, where she played Matsuri Mizusawa in the adaptation of Citrus.

Beyond voice acting, Horino was also involved in music, performing character songs for the series Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san, I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying, and Danchigai. She participated in an internet radio program for Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san called Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san Wonderful Broadcast Station no Futari Nyao♪ in 2014. She was also involved in a stage reading event in 2017. Information regarding her activities after 2017 is limited, and by 2019, her profile was no longer listed on her agency's website.
