Noriko Ueda is a Japanese voice actress from Kanagawa Prefecture, born on December 30th. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Ken Production. Her career includes a range of supporting roles in anime television series and video games, with her professional activity documented primarily throughout the 2010s.

Ueda's early anime roles in 2011 include her part in the series Softenni!, where she voiced the character Ayaka Kazamata, as well as additional roles for other characters in the same series. That same year, she also contributed to the first season of Chihayafuru, providing voices for background characters such as a tournament receptionist and students.

Her subsequent television credits from 2012 onward feature a variety of characters across different series. She played Arisa in the survival action series Btooom! and voiced Ryuko in an episode of Gintama'. Other roles from this period include a federal forces operator in Mobile Suit Gundam AGE and a child character in Smile PreCure!. In 2013, she was heard as Maguroeater and a waitress in Dog & Scissors, and as Nozomi Sasagawa in Danbōru Senki Wars. She also voiced Meiko Iji in the 2015 series Punch Line.

In addition to her work in anime, Noriko Ueda has an extensive list of credits in video games. She had recurring roles in the Key visual novel franchise Rewrite and its sequel Rewrite Harvest festa!, performing as the characters Pani, Tsukuno, and Brenda McFadyen.
