Yukari Hikida is a Japanese voice actress and narrator affiliated with Aoni Production. She was born on September 13, 1974, in Osaka Prefecture. Hikida is a graduate of the Russian Department at Kobe City University of Foreign Studies and is a graduate of the 12th term of the Aoni Juku Osaka school. She entered the entertainment industry while still a university student.

Her voice acting career began in the late 1990s, and she has built a diverse portfolio across television anime, video games, and narration. In television anime, she is known for her role as Ririka in One Piece, Topaz in Sonic X, and various characters in Chibi Maruko-chan. She also voiced Kutsushita Darudaru in the series KutsuDaru and Aki Hazama in Baby Baachan. Other anime roles include appearances in Angel Heart, Bakutsuri Bar Hunter, and Dr. Slump. Her work in anime films includes Josee, the Tiger and the Fish and Detective Conan: The Bride of Halloween.

In addition to anime, Hikida has extensive credits in video games. Her notable game roles include Karen in Bladestorm: The Hundred Years' War, a Female Operator in Valkyria Chronicles, and Marta Schevesti in Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy. She also provided the voice for characters in Roommate W ~Futari~ and served as a narrator for games such as Samurai Warriors: Katana.

Hikida is also a prolific narrator for Japanese television programs, having contributed to popular shows like London Hearts, Yajiuma Plus, and VIP.
