Takeshi Ohba is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency Office CHK before founding his own company, Wing Wave, on November 1, 2018. He is known for his work in anime, video games, and original video animations.

Ohba is most recognized for his portrayal of Kai Shimada across the long-running Hakuoki franchise. His credits in this series include the television anime Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom, Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom - Dawn of the Shinsengumi, Hakuōki: Otogisōshi, and Hakuōki: Record of the Jade Blood. He also voiced the character in the original video animation Hakuōki: A Memory of Snow Flowers and the compilation film Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom: Warrior Spirit of the Blue Sky. Beyond Hakuoki, his anime roles include Gōra Keikain in Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan: Demon Capital and various supporting characters in the long-running series Space Brothers. He has also made guest appearances in shows such as Dog Days and Gintama.

In addition to his work in anime, Ohba has an extensive career in video game voice acting. Notably, he provided the Japanese voice for Bitores Mendez in the 2023 remake of Resident Evil 4 and for Sigurd Styrbjornson in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. He voiced multiple characters, including QA-1MIL, in the rhythm game Hi-Fi RUSH and took on the role of Rook in Immortals of Aveum. His other game credits include Guan Yu in Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII and roles in Eiyuden Chronicles: Hundred Heroes and the Hakuoki video game adaptations.
