Fumi Morisawa is a Japanese voice actress born on October 21 in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Raccoon Dog. Her blood type is A, and she stands 159 centimeters tall.

Morisawa began her career in the mid-1990s, with one of her earliest roles being a minor character in the 1995 television anime series Slayers. Throughout the late 1990s and 2000s, she built a career by voicing a wide array of supporting and guest characters in numerous anime series. Some of her roles during this period included appearances in勇者王 GaoGaiGar in 1997, 犬夜叉 in 2001, 七武士 in 2004, and 武器种族传说 in 2005.

A significant role for Morisawa came in 2007 when she voiced the character Umi Hayama in the television anime adaptation of the visual novel Kono Aozora ni Yakusoku o - Yōkoso Tsugumi Ryōhe. In 2010, she voiced Fuyumi Hirobe in the original video animation Koe de Oshigoto!, which is based on a manga about a high school girl who gets a job as an adult game voice actress. In 2014, she played the role of Yūko Mizuhara, the aunt of the main character, in the short-form anime series Oneechan ga Kita.

Beyond her work in anime, Morisawa has also contributed her voice to various video games. These roles include羽山海己 in the 2007 game adaptation of 青空下的约定,藤永美咲 in ようこそ!ファミーユへ in 2014, and more recently, the character Benaka in the 2024 game 棕色尘埃2.

In April 2022, Morisawa moved to her current agency, Raccoon Dog, after previously being affiliated with Pro Fit. Her personal interests include watching kaleidoscopes and making beaded crafts. She also has some proficiency in piano and holds a third-level certification in abacus calculation.
