Kathryn Fiore is an American actress and voice actor known for her work in television, film, and video games. Born in New York City, she studied Latin at Columbia University before leaving to pursue an acting career. Her early work included a Broadway production of Picnic in 1994 and training at The Groundlings theatre in Los Angeles. She gained prominence as a cast member on the sketch comedy series MADtv during its seventh season in 2001 and 2002.

Fiore has built a substantial career in voice acting, particularly for video game characters. Her notable voice roles include Yodo in the action game Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams. She is also recognized for her long-running portrayal of the assassin Bad Girl in the No More Heroes series, first appearing in the 2007 original, and later reprising the role in Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes and No More Heroes III. Her other prominent video game credits include providing the voice of Venus in both Metal Gear Ac!d 2 and Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. Earlier in her career, she voiced the character Peep in the animated film Tom and Jerry: Blast Off to Mars and provided the voice of the computer in Spider-Man 2: Enter Electro.

In addition to her work in Japanese-developed games, Fiore's voice acting portfolio includes roles in Western animation, such as providing additional voices for the cult classic series Invader Zim. Her career demonstrates a recurring collaboration with the game development studio Grasshopper Manufacture, for whom she voiced characters across multiple entries in the No More Heroes franchise.
