Junichi Goto was a Japanese voice actor from Osaka Prefecture, born on October 4, 1979. He graduated from the voice actor training program at the Shoto Actors Gymnasium and was affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion from 2006 to March 2010.

Goto is best known for providing the voice of the titular character in the 2012 original net animation Inferno Cop, a production by Studio Trigger and CoMix Wave. This role became his most recognized work, and he later reprised it for a guest appearance in another Trigger series, Space Patrol Luluco, in 2016.

His career included a variety of minor roles in numerous television anime series. Some of these credits include appearances in Lupin III: Seven Days Rhapsody, Moyashimon, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0, and Tegami Bachi: Reverse. In 2010, he voiced the character Shigi Taishiji in Ikki Tousen: Xtreme Xecutor. Later in his career, he took on roles such as Daigo in the 2015 web anime Ninja Slayer From Animation and a small part as a guide in the 2018 television series SSSS.Gridman, both of which were also Studio Trigger productions.

On February 24, 2020, Junichi Goto died at the age of 40 from injuries sustained in a single-vehicle motorcycle accident on the Shuto Expressway in Tokyo's Ota Ward.
