Pultro is most recognized in the anime community for voicing the legendary Pokémon Mewtwo. She first took on this role in the 2013 television special Mewtwo ~Kakusei e no Prologue~, which served as a prologue to the sixteenth Pokémon film. She reprised the role of this distinct, feminine-voiced Mewtwo in the subsequent film, Pokémon the Movie: Genesect and the Legend Awakened, which was also released in 2013. Her portrayal of the character added a new dimension to the role, which had previously been voiced by a male actor. In addition to her work as Mewtwo, she provided the voice for the character Caitlin in an episode of the Pokémon: Black and White: Rival Destinies television series.

Beyond her anime voice work, Pultro has been involved in other creative projects. She starred in the 2011 web series Casters, alongside fellow voice actor Jason Griffith. Her work in independent media has earned her critical recognition, including winning Best Actress in a Drama at the 4th Annual Indie Soap Awards and Best Actress at the Summer 2013 Los Angeles Cinema Festival of Hollywood. She is also an accomplished musician, having been signed to Manhattan Records with the vocal group BellAria and working as a composer and songwriter for theatrical productions. Her experience as a multifaceted artist includes work as a singer, producer, and composer for projects like the award-winning web series Mythos and the meta-musical Glass Town.
