Shingo is a Japanese manga artist known for creating the manga series Baku Tech! Bakugan. This work represents their most recognized contribution to the anime and manga industry as an original creator.

Shingo began writing and illustrating the Baku Tech! Bakugan manga in 2010. The series was serialized in Shogakukan's Monthly CoroCoro Comic magazine, a publication well-known for children's and hobby-focused manga. The serialization ran from August 15, 2010, to January 15, 2014. The completed work was compiled into ten tankōbon volumes, with the first volume released on December 24, 2010, and the final volume published on February 28, 2014.

The narrative of Baku Tech! Bakugan follows the adventures of a young protagonist named Harubaru Hinode and his childhood friend and rival, Raichi Kuronashi. The story centers on their battles using special Bakugan known as BakuTech, which are distinguished from normal Bakugan by their superior performance and unique metal parts.

The commercial success of the manga led to an anime adaptation. The first anime television series, simply titled Baku Tech! Bakugan, premiered on TV Tokyo on April 7, 2012, and concluded on March 30, 2013, spanning 51 episodes. A second anime series, Baku Tech! Bakugan Gachi, followed shortly after, airing from April 6, 2013, to December 28, 2013, and consisting of 39 episodes. In both productions, Shingo is officially credited as the original creator, with the animation produced by Shogakukan Music & Digital Entertainment.
