Kaoru Ozawa is the name used by a Japanese voice actress for much of her career in anime and television. Her birth name is Tomoyo Ozawa, and she was born on May 28, 1942, in Tokyo, Japan. While her birth name is Tomoyo, she is credited as Kaoru Ozawa for her voice acting performances.

Ozawa's career includes roles in several notable anime series from the early 1970s through the late 1980s. One of her earliest and most recognized roles is Rie Hayakawa in the 1972 super robot anime series Astroganger. In this series, Rie is a supporting character and the young friend of the protagonist, Kantaro Hoshi. Her other prominent anime roles from this period include providing the voice of Noriko Hayashi and additional voices for Mother B in the original Ashita no Joe series. She also voiced the character Mary in an adaptation of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.

Later in her career, she took on the role of Yuka Makihara in the popular series City Hunter 2, appearing in episodes 47 and 48. Beyond anime, her work extended to live-action television, where she was cast as Yōko Yamashita in the tokusatsu series Kamen Rider V3. Her filmography also includes voice work in international co-productions and adaptations such as Maya the Bee and Raccoon Rascal.
