Hajime Taguchi
Description
Hajime Taguchi is a Japanese light novelist born in 1975 in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, who later resided in Tokyo. He began his professional career after receiving an honorable mention in the third MF Bunko J Light Novel Rookie Award in 2007 for his novel Majo Rumika no Akai Ito. Taguchi is primarily known as the original creator of the light novel series Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imōto ga Iru!, also known as Nakaimo - My Sister Is Among Them!. This series, which ran for eleven volumes from August 2010 to March 2013, serves as the source material for both a manga adaptation and a twelve-episode anime television series that aired in July 2012. Beyond this notable work, his other light novel series include Majo Rumika no Akai Ito, Kurohime no Yuzuha, and Mitsurugi Moeka wa Meitantou!. He also authored a novel adaptation of the anime series Classroom Crisis, released in three volumes between July 2015 and January 2016. His body of work establishes him as a writer within the light novel genre whose creations have served as the foundation for broader multimedia adaptations.
