Norito Yashima is a Japanese actor, voice actor, and television personality born on September 27, 1970, in Nara, Japan. He is affiliated with the ComeCome Miniki-Na Theater Company and SIS Company. His career began in theatre, where he founded a troupe in 1990, and he has since built a diverse portfolio across live-action television and film, narration, and voice acting in anime and video games.

In the realm of anime, Yashima is known for his role as Œufcoque Penteano across all three films of the Mardock Scramble series: The First Compression, The Second Combustion, and The Third Exhaust, which were released between 2010 and 2012. His other voice work in animation includes the character Butch in the 2016 film Rudolf the Black Cat. Earlier in his career, he contributed voices to several series, such as Iwanbo and other characters in Rurouni Kenshin in 1996, Poppo and Frog C in Kero Kero Chime in 1997, and Kanburi in Hatsumei Boy Kanipan in 1998. In 2025, he is scheduled to provide voice work for the animated film Alice in Wonderland -Dive in Wonderland-.
