Graham Halstead is an American voice actor known for his work in English dubs of anime series and films. Born and raised in Virginia, he became a voice actor as an adult and is now based in Brooklyn, New York City. His career includes roles in a variety of animated projects, often working with studios such as NYAV Post.

In anime, Halstead has provided voices for several notable films and series. He voices the character Kenji Seki in the 2012 anime film Psychic School Wars. He is also the English voice of Arthur Jones in the anime series Emma: A Victorian Romance Second Act. Another prominent role is Tomohiro Nagatsuka in the critically acclaimed film A Silent Voice, a part in the English dub produced by NYAV Post.

Beyond these examples, Halstead's anime voice acting credits include the role of Shinji in Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc V and various characters in the long-running Pokémon anime series, such as the recurring character Kanoa in Pokémon the Series: XY.
