Kei Imoto is a Japanese voice actress and narrator affiliated with the talent agency Accent. She was born on January 8 in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. She began her professional career in 2004 and initially worked under her real name, Keiko Imoto, before adopting her current stage name in February 2011. Imoto is a graduate of the Accent-affiliated Shine training school, where she was part of the fourth graduating class.

Imoto is best known for her breakout role as Setsuna Kiyoura in the 2007 anime series School Days. She reprised this character in various related media, including the series' original video animation, Valentine Days, and video game adaptations such as School Days L×H and Island Days. Her versatility as a performer is demonstrated by her work across different genres and formats. In television anime, her credits include guest appearances in series like D.C. II ~Da Capo II~, Nintama Rantaro, and Ore Monogatari!!. Beyond animation, her portfolio includes narrations for television commercials, such as spots for Alico Japan and Yamaha, and Japanese dubbing work for foreign productions like CSI: Miami 2. She has also contributed to radio dramas and digital comics.

A notable role in her filmography is Honoka Sawada in the original video anime adaptation of Hori-san to Miyamura-kun, which was released in 2014. This character is a younger student who lives next door to the protagonist, Izumi Miyamura. Her other voice work includes a role as a karuta reciter in the 2020 tokusatsu series Mashin Sentai Kiramager.
