Kei Imoto is a Japanese voice actress and narrator affiliated with the talent agency Accent. She was born on January 8 in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. She began her professional career in 2004 and initially worked under her real name, Keiko Imoto, before adopting her current stage name in February 2011. Imoto is a graduate of the Accent-affiliated Shine training school, where she was part of the fourth graduating class.

Imoto is best known for her breakout role as Setsuna Kiyoura in the 2007 anime series School Days. She reprised this character in various related media, including the series' original video animation, Valentine Days, and video game adaptations such as School Days L×H and Island Days. Her versatility as a performer is demonstrated by her work across different genres and formats. In television anime, her credits include guest appearances in series like D.C. II ~Da Capo II~, Nintama Rantaro, and Ore Monogatari!!.
