Chihiro Shirata is a Japanese voice actress from Hokkaido, born on September 24, 1996. She is affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. Her career began after she received the Studio Dean Award at the 11th 81 Audition in 2017. She officially joined 81 Produce as a junior member in October 2021.

Her first major regular role came in 2023 when she was cast as Reika Tosu, the daughter of the protagonist family, in the television anime adaptation of My Home Hero. This role is often cited as her debut major performance and a significant step in her career. The announcement of her casting in this series was made in late 2022.

In the same year, Shirata also voiced roles in several other television anime series. Her credits from 2023 include minor roles in UniteUp!, The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World, In Another World with My Smartphone 2, and Blue Orchestra.
