Seneka Alto is the pen name of a Japanese manga artist and illustrator, also known under the name Aruto Seneka, which is written in Japanese as 或十せねか. Born in Shizuoka Prefecture, the creator has been active in the industry since the mid-2000s, contributing original serializations and illustrations to a variety of manga magazines.
