Ai Matayoshi is a Japanese voice actress from Osaka Prefecture, born on April 2, 1983. She is affiliated with the talent agency Arts Vision. Her interest in becoming a voice actor was sparked during her junior high school years through playing the game Tokimeki Memorial. She pursued this goal by training at the Japan Narration Acting Institute before joining her agency.

Matayoshi began her career in the early 2000s, with some of her earliest anime roles appearing in 2004.
