Mayu Hayakawa is a Japanese female voice actor born in Kyoto Prefecture on February 26, 1984. She is currently freelance and has a blood type of A. In the past, she was affiliated with the talent agencies Ogi Pro THE NEXT and Power Rise.

Her career includes various roles in television anime series. Her earliest credited role was as a staff member in the 2005 series Capeta. She subsequently appeared in Onegai My Melody Sukkiri♪ in 2007, taking on multiple roles such as Okazu, Shuto, and a boy. In 2008, she was part of the cast for Vampire Knight, where she played female students and other minor characters, as well as for Library War, in which she voiced a female officer.

Hayakawa is known for her long-running involvement in the Jewelpet anime franchise. She voiced the character Rin in the original 2009 series and continued in this role, also playing female students, across four series of the show until 2012. This includes the specific series Jewelpet Kira☆Deco—, where she played the character RiN, and the role of Rin/Citron in the broader Jewelpet series. Beyond anime, her work in voice-over includes the 2003 Japanese dub of the film The Super Dimension Chamber.
