MoeMi is a Japanese voice actress and singer-songwriter from Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, born on July 28, 1989. She has been active in the entertainment industry since 2007 and is currently affiliated with the agency EARLY WING. Her career began under the name Otaka Moemi, and in April 2018, she changed her stage name to MoeMi upon transferring to a new agency. In April 2024, she moved to her current agency, EARLY WING.

Her voice acting debut in a television anime came in 2013 with the lead role of Tsugumi Haraki in the series Mangirl!. For this show, she was also part of the unit M@N☆GIRL!, which performed the opening theme. Since then, she has built a diverse portfolio of roles in anime, video games, and drama CDs. Some of her notable anime roles include Bellno Fahrenheit in Cardfight!! Vanguard G, Vivien Schweinsteiger in Schwarzesmarken, and Tsukiko in Sore dake ga Neck. She also voiced the character Yū in the 2023 theatrical anime The Feast of Amrita. In video games, she is known for her role as Monica in the Gunvolt series.

Beyond acting, MoeMi is an accomplished musician. She grew up in a musical family and began learning piano at the age of three, achieving Yamaha Piano Grade 6 while in elementary school. She writes and composes her own music, and she has also provided songs for other artists, including Asami Imai and Ricca Tachibana. In July 2024, she made her major label debut with the single Star's Swing.

Throughout her career, she has taken on recurring roles in specific franchises, such as the Schwarzesmarken games and anime, as well as the Gunvolt game series. She has also served as a public relations ambassador for tourism campaigns in her home prefecture of Aichi. Her work extends to narrations for television commercials and various radio and TV programs.
