Her career began in the world of anime, with one of her first significant roles being Rui Kisugi, known as Kelly Tashikel in the Italian adaptation of the classic series Cat's Eye. This early work also included providing the voice for Emma in the anime Georgie.

Her filmography includes the anime film Mai Mai Miracle, in which she voiced the character Hatsue Aoki in the Italian-dubbed version. Beyond these specific titles, her work in the genre is part of a broader and highly active career in voice acting.

Castracane's voice is widely recognized across many fields of dubbing.
