Hazuki Tanda is a Japanese singer and actress who was born on February 28, 2001, in Hiroshima Prefecture. Her path to voice acting began with a strong interest in performance from a young age, inspired to pursue dancing after hearing her mother sing. She enrolled in the Actor's School Hiroshima to hone her skills. Her professional career commenced in the entertainment industry, initially as a member of idol groups. She joined the group Palet in January 2017 and, following its disbandment, became a member of the newly formed group Nankin Pepper in March 2018. After Nankin Pepper disbanded in January 2020, she transitioned to a solo career, focusing on acting, singing, and playing guitar.

Tanda's voice acting debut is closely tied to the multimedia franchise D4DJ. In April 2020, she was cast as Miyu Sakurada, one of the four members of the unit Lyrical Lily. This marked her entry into anime voice acting, as she has consistently voiced this character across multiple adaptations of the franchise. Her work as Miyu Sakurada includes the anime series D4DJ Petit Mix in 2021, the video game D4DJ Groovy Mix in 2020, and the subsequent anime series D4DJ All Mix in 2023, representing a significant and recurring role in her career.

Her voice acting career expanded to other major anime series in the early 2020s. In 2021, she was cast as Miyoko Hashiba in the television anime series Remake Our Life!. The following year, in April 2022, she was announced as the voice of Himari Kanoashi in the Cardfight!! Vanguard will+Dress anime, a role she continued in its subsequent seasons. In 2023, she voiced the character Mana, also known as Junya Mana, in the anime series BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!!. She later reprised the role of Mana for the 2025 anime series BanG Dream! Ave Mujica.

Beyond her anime roles, Tanda has appeared in live-action television dramas such as Hey Sensei, Don't You Know? in 2019 and has participated in stage productions, including a Lyrical Lily stage play in 2022. In addition to her acting, she is also a singer, having been a member of the D4DJ unit Lyrical Lily and releasing her debut solo album, Strobe, in February 2024.
