Kaori Nakamura is a Japanese voice actress born on June 3 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She has been active in the industry since at least the late 2000s. Her career includes voice work in anime television series, video games, and foreign film dubbing.

In her professional career, Nakamura was initially affiliated with the talent agency As Planning. In May 2012, she moved to the agency Remax, where she continued to build her portfolio of voice acting roles. Her early work included voice roles in video games such as Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Portable in 2012 and the overseas dub of the tokusatsu series Power Rangers Mystic Force.

Nakamura's anime roles often consist of supporting characters, including authority figures, mothers, and village elders. Notable anime credits include Edna Rayrune in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, a teacher in The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten, Shinohara in My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999, and various roles in series such as Fire Force and Hinamatsuri. She is also credited with providing voices for the Japanese dubs of foreign animations and live-action films, including roles in LEGO DC Super Hero Girls and the Korean film The Suspect.

In the 2022 original anime series Shinobi no Ittoki, Nakamura voiced the character Yachiyo Mochizuki, a member of the Upper Ninja Council.
