Hiroki Fukumoto is a Japanese voice actor from Kanagawa Prefecture, born on March 19, 1979. He is a graduate of the Pro-Fit Voice Actor's Training School, where he was part of the fourth generation of students. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Fukumoto is known for his versatile voice, characterized by a rich, husky timbre that allows him to portray a wide range of characters, from energetic youths to seasoned elders.

Fukumoto's most prominent anime role to date is the lead character, Gingerman, in the 2009 television anime series Kotonakare Hero Gingerman. This series, a comedy set primarily inside a refrigerator, follows the lives of supporting vegetables, with Fukumoto voicing the ginger hero. Another credited anime role is a minor part as a youth in an episode of the series Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight.
