Claire Morgan is a Welsh voice actor known for her extensive work in animation, video games, and audiobooks. Born in Cardiff, Wales, she developed an early passion for performing arts, becoming a member of the National Youth Theatre of Wales before studying Theatre at Dartington College of Arts in Devon.

With over sixteen years of experience in the voiceover industry, Morgan has built a diverse career spanning numerous projects. Her voice can be heard in various animated series, including the role of Ollie in Daisy & Ollie, providing the UK voice of Little Miss Curious in The Mr. Men Show, and voicing characters in series such as Colourblocks for CBeebies, The Coop Troop on ITVX, Ninja Express, and Vikingskool. She has also been involved in the video game industry, with credits including Star Wars Lego: The Skywalker Saga.

In the realm of anime, Morgan is recognized for her contributions to the English dub of the 2009 animated film Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva. In this production, she provided the voice for the character Amelia Ruth, a young girl integral to the film's mystery, and also voiced Flora Reinhold, a recurring character from the game series. More recently, she voices characters in the animated series Shasha & Milo, which airs on POP TV in the UK.
