Chiemi Ishimatsu is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on May 5, 1976. She is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. Ishimatsu is also known by the alias Misumi for her work in adult-oriented animations. Her fans have given her the nickname Pororin.

Ishimatsu has built a career spanning various anime series and original video animations, often voicing supporting characters. One of her earlier roles was as Ellis McGaren in the 2003 original video animation Triangle Heart: Sweet Songs Forever. In 2005, she was part of the main cast for the television series Izumo: Flash of a Brave Sword, providing the voice for the character Oosu Seri. The following year, in 2006, she voiced Shino Hizuki in the animation Ringetsu the Animation.

Her role as Yasuko Sugimoto in the 2009 television mini-series Sweet Blue Flowers is another credit in her filmography. She also voiced Michelle in the 2007 series The Familiar of Zero: Knight of the Twin Moons. Additionally, Ishimatsu is known for the role of Hazuki Shinonome in the series Love, Election and Chocolate.
