Narushi Ikeda is a Japanese actor and voice actor born on September 27, 1962, in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. He began his acting career in 1982 with the Third Stage theater company and has since built a career spanning stage, film, and television. While he is primarily known for his extensive live-action work, he has also contributed his voice to a small number of anime projects.

Ikeda's voice acting career is most notably associated with the acclaimed anime series Gurren Lagann. He provided the Japanese voice for the character Lordgenome, the Spiral King, in the original 2007 television series Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. He later reprised this role for the two compilation films, Gurren Lagann the Movie: Childhood's End in 2008 and Gurren Lagann The Movie: The Lights in the Sky are Stars in 2009. His performance as Lordgenome covers the character's evolution from a primary antagonist to a complex, redeemed figure. These three credits constitute his known work in anime voice acting.
