Nanase Hoshii is a Japanese voice actor and actress born on November 14, 1988, in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. She is also active as a vocalist in anime productions and as a performer in live-action films and television dramas. Her career encompasses both voice acting for animated series and on-screen roles in television and film.

Hoshii is best known for her leading role as the protagonist Erin in the 2009 NHK anime television series The Beast Player Erin, an adaptation of the fantasy novels by Nahoko Uehashi. In this series, she voiced the character over the course of 50 episodes, portraying Erin from childhood to adulthood. The series also features the voice work of Eriko Hirata as Erin's mother, Soyon. In addition to her voice role, Hoshii performed vocal work for the 2005 anime Kapeta. She is also credited as a musician, with solo recording credits such as the song No No Shut Out!.
