Vincent Grass is a Belgian actor born in Brussels on January 9, 1949, who has built an extensive career in film, television, theatre, and voice acting, primarily in France. He studied at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles in the 1970s and later continued his dramatic arts training at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Fluent in French, English, and Dutch, Grass has worked internationally both on screen and as a voice artist. He has lived and worked in France since 1975.

As a voice actor, Grass is particularly well-known for providing the French-language voices for numerous characters in animated features and films. One of his most prominent roles is voicing Dr. Jumba Jookiba, the eccentric alien scientist, in the French versions of the Lilo & Stitch franchise. This includes the original 2002 film Lilo & Stitch, its direct-to-video sequels Stitch! The Movie, Lilo & Stitch 2: Hawaï, nous avons un problème!, and Leroy & Stitch, as well as the anime television series Stitch!. His voice work also extends to the world of video games and CGI films; he voiced Emperor Iedolas Aldercapt in the 2016 film Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV and reprised the role for the accompanying video game Final Fantasy XV.

Beyond these specific roles, Grass's animation voice credits are numerous and varied. He has voiced characters such as Hotep in The Prince of Egypt, Colonel Hathi in The Jungle Book 2, Vitalstatistix in Asterix and the Vikings, Tortoise John in Rango, and King Sidorak in Bionicle 3: La Menace de l'Ombre. He also contributed to the French versions of Basil, Detective Private and The Little Mermaid.

In addition to his work in animation, Grass is a highly active figure in the dubbing of live-action films and series. He is known as one of the regular French voices for actors such as Timothy Spall, Bruce McGill, and Brian Dennehy. Some of his most notable dubbing roles include voicing Hugo Weaving as Agent Smith in The Matrix trilogy, John Rhys-Davies as Gimli and Treebeard in The Lord of the Rings trilogy, and Julian Glover as Aragog in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.

A classically trained stage actor, Grass has also performed in numerous theatre productions in France. His on-screen appearances include roles in international productions such as Doctor Cornelius in The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian and General Jean-Baptiste Billot in Roman Polanski's J'accuse. His voice has also been featured in French radio programs and advertising campaigns.
