Jan-Anne Drenth is a Dutch actor with an extensive career in film, television, and voice acting, born in Groningen on August 8, 1941. He began his career in the 1960s and is known for his work in live-action Dutch films and television series, including roles in notable productions such as Keetje Tippel (1975), Soldaat van Oranje (1977), and De lift (1983). On television, he appeared as a school principal in the popular children's series Bassie & Adriaan: De Plaaggeest.
However, Drenth is perhaps most widely recognized for his prolific work as a voice actor in the Dutch-language dubs of numerous animated series and films. He specialized in voicing a wide array of characters, lending his voice to a significant portion of the Dutch dubbing industry from the 1970s onwards.
