Madoka Shiga is a Japanese actor and voice actor affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. He was born on July 4, 1975, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He is a graduate of the literary座 training school. Before pursuing acting, he was a member of his university's rakugo, or traditional comedic storytelling, research society.

Shiga's career encompasses work in television animation, video games, and stage productions. In addition to his voice work, he has also appeared in television dramas and films as a live-action actor. His voice is characterized as a baritone.

His voice acting credits in anime span a range of supporting roles. In the early 2010s, he appeared in series such as The Pet Girl of Sakurasou, Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse, and A Certain Scientific Railgun S. He has had a long-running role in the anime adaptation of the manga Space Brothers, voicing several characters including Mori Shimizu and Benjamín Eida. He has also contributed to major franchise titles, with roles in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders, Mobile Suit Gundam UC, and the films of Code Geass: Akito the Exiled.

In the 2015 anime adaptation of the video game Utawarerumono: The False Faces, Shiga voiced the character Tokifusa. He later reprised this role for its sequel, Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth, in 2022. In the 2020 mystery anime The case files of Jeweler Richard, he played the role of Saul Ranashinha Ali. More recently, his work includes roles in the 2023 anime series Tengoku Daimakyo and the 2022 web anime Rilakkuma's Theme Park Adventure.

Beyond anime, Shiga has also performed voice work for video games, such as the character Asura in Fire Emblem Fates. His foreign language dubbing credits include roles in the Korean drama Squid Game and the Chinese animated series Mo Dao Zu Shi.
