Soness Stevens is an American voice actor, writer, and comedian based in Japan. Originally from Florida, she moved to Tokyo approximately twenty-five years ago to pursue a career in voice acting. Her professional life is primarily known for providing English-language voices for characters in Japanese animated series and video games.

Stevens has contributed to several notable anime and original net animation (ONA) projects. One of her most significant roles is the title character in the 2008 ONA series Megumi, where she voiced Megumi Yokota. This series, produced with the support of the Government of Japan, is based on the true story of a Japanese teenager abducted by North Korea. She also had multiple roles in the ONA series Fastening Days, including the characters Hanns and Misao, as well as various additional voices across several episodes. Her other anime credits include the television series Soar High! Isami, in which she voiced several characters including Haruka, Sonoe, and a Crow Goblin Female.

In addition to her work in animation, Stevens has extensive experience in video game voice acting. Her game credits include the character Lola Pop in the Nintendo fighting game ARMS, Pink Bomberman in Super Bomberman R, and Connie in the horror game NightCry. She also voiced Courtney Wall in Dark Escape 4D, Helen in Ape Escape: Pumped & Primed, and Catherine Ricci in Time Crisis 5.

Beyond her work as a voice actor, Soness Stevens is also recognized as the English-language voice of the iconic character Hello Kitty. She is a published writer, having written for TEDx talks, and is an active stand-up comedian. Her comedic work has led to performances at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and she was named the Plauzzable Comedian of the Year in 2023.
