Sally Koshinaka is an American actress known for her work in anime voice-over. She was born on November 11, 1960, in the United States.

Koshinaka is primarily recognized for providing the English voice for the character Sakie Yokota in the 2008 anime production Megumi. This original net animation (ONA) is based on the true story of Megumi Yokota, a Japanese teenager who was abducted by North Korean agents in 1977. The anime was produced by the Japanese government to raise awareness about the North Korean abductions of Japanese citizens and was dubbed into multiple languages, including the English version in which Koshinaka participated.
